Seasons change but everything virtually stays the same.

Take that head of yours and stick it through the clouds

You’ve been buried underneath our world

With all your selfish doubt

By the time you turn the clocks all back

You’ll be covered in all the leaves

It’s a shame you didn’t look around

Oh, all the things you’d see

Defeat the low

Into it….Over it.

I guess you could say I had a strange way to start off my week, it probably would have been better if I got hit by a bus or something. I just want to die after the embarrassment I so greatly displayed yesterday. I don’t want to go into detail about this, but whatever you do, never, and I mean never-say a really stupid cheesy pickup line to your crush JUST because your best friend dares you to. Well your probably smarter then me, but I was just so curious of the “never knowing” factor. well now I know. Awkward. Image (I attached a photo of the pick up line I did…and yes I made him tea.)

Woke up with a thought about ascending.

Standard

ImageI’m just gonna get right to it, I’ve been raised with a very religious christian family, which I’ve always been apart of but I can’t say my opinions haven’t changed about religion growing up. Along with most of my family’s faith…considering half of my family doesn’t really attend church anymore, but I’d like to believe that church isn’t even a necessary part of religion. That’s more of a social – praise aspect. I wanna know that all this worry about it is worth it. That all this isn’t fiction. Ugh. Well anyway, the thought I woke up with was that if our souls do ascend to a higher place when we pass, then who’s to say ours souls aren’t already in heaven? or do we even know when they get there? We don’t have to die for our souls to go to heaven because they aren’t physical, our bodies are- so can’t our souls go at anytime? 1 CORINTHIANS 15:52 says “In a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.” There are just so many more questions then there are answers to Christianity,  I know it seems kinda sacrilegious growing up around all this and I should be praising it rather then questioning it but I guess everyone comes to one point in time of questioning. I just have to try not to think about death so much, I never used to.

Lately, my dog’s the only one around that listens to my problems. It’s been a lonely year.

So I guess you can say I can really relate to this part of the song. no I don’t actually cry my eyes out and confess all my life issues to my pets, but when you have a lack of friends ( do to the fact of people changing, going school never being that close in the first place getting caught up in their life’s yada yada) you catch yourself trying to figure out your problems on your own a lot. Not that independence inst good, but maybe it shouldn’t be built this way. I feel like I just need a group of friends that I would hangout with all the time, but until I get there i’ll have to do some deep personality changes. I just don’t know when i’ll ever be ready. I am the epiphany of Stitch – way too much anxiety haha.
